Short bio:

Jason has been involved in the physical fitness industry for the past 15 years and enjoys playing team sports like semi-pro football. Each personal training client has allowed him to be directly involved in reaching their fitness goals by utilizing his background in the following: sport specific training, weight loss, mass gain, injury prevention, injury recovery, flexibility, program design, exercise instruction, and nutritional education. Jason also has experience as a group fitness instructor and sport specific group training. His enjoyment comes from working with people who have the dedication to put in the work to achieve their goals the honest way. He is extremely dedicated to you achieving your goals, and will push you to do so!

I have sought out the “perfect wellness program” for years that incorporates the most important fundamentals of exercise training and diet. I have found it with P.R.I.M.E. Fit Boot Camp and am glad to be a part of this unique concept.
