Scott Sutherlin

Short bio:

Scott has been involved in athletics his whole life and has been studying health and fitness for over 25 years. His first weight training class was in 1986 with Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Bud Bjornaraa--former strength and conditioning coach for the Minnesota Vikings--and since then, he has remained dedicated to continually learning more about health and fitness. He is a certified personal trainer, massage therapist, bodyweight conditioning specialist, silver sneakers group fitness instructor, TRX instructor, and is currently working on attaining certification as a nationally recognized strength and conditioning specialist. He is the creator of “The Push-Up Bible” DVD and the author of the upcoming book “Sit-Ups Suck: A Simple Guide to a Lean, Sexy Waist and Six-Pack Abs”.

Scott is also a state champion wrestler, martial artist, and played football in college. In 1994 he was drafted into the World Football League (now NFL Europe) and continues his football career today by coaching youth football. He has also competed in diving and track & field.
