Rewards

Based on the, “You Gotta Earn It” concept, goals are custom designed to each client. There are no scripts or guidelines that we follow. Instead, instructors are entrusted to make calculated decisions that are personalized regarding what is best for each individual.

The reward structure is based upon 8 levels of achievement (a.k.a. stars). Stars are earned when a structured personal goal is met. Goals are either performance based or goal specific. Clients have earned stars by losing body fat, completing homework, improved strength by an increased percentage, following a diet program and more!

By the time a client has earned all 8 stars on their t-shirt, they will have obtained all of their fitness goals, reached several performance achievements, learned how to maintain their health, and ultimately will enjoy a happier lifestyle!
