Workouts

PRIME Fit Boot Camp workouts meet for one hour, three times per week. Our primary focus is to achieve & maintain a healthy lifestyle, cut away body fat, and gain lean muscle tissue. We accomplish this by targeting your core, cardiovascular endurance, and overall body strength.

Full-body workouts are our main objective to increase your basic metabolic rate to its highest level. In the process, you will improve general heart and circulatory system health, and fat will have no place to hide in your body.

Our instructors are also trained to accommodate clients who have special needs. Although our workouts are held in a group setting, we recognize our clients are not all at the same fitness or physical level. Therefore, anyone who is unable to physically complete an exercise safely and pain free is given alternative exercises during all workouts. Your restrictions (if any) will be determined by your instructor when you meet one-on-one after enrollment.

Our clients have an age range from 16 to 56 years old. So whether you are a dedicated athlete or a fitness novice, EVERYONE will be pushed to their greatest ability and obtain an extremely effective workout!
