I just wanted to take a minute to thank Ryan for Boot Camp & the Nutrition program. It's the best way to wake up in the morning. Never thought I could get up at 5:00 in the morning & still be smiling. Boot Camp has helped me build more muscle & tone areas I wanted to work on. I've never pushed myself this hard,sweat so much & also be so sore. It's been great for attitude,weight loss and my endurance is much better. I sleep better, feel better and like the accountability. Ryan is a great nutrition coach & trainer. I appreciate the variety he offers during Boot Camp. He's always full of surprises.

I started P.R.I.M.E. Fit Boot Camp because I wanted to improve my health, lose weight and feel better. Our instructor, Nicole Moeller, has been great. She pushes beyond what we think our limits might be, but she does so in a supportive, positive manner. Having other campers makes it fun and challenging - we push and encourage each other. I've completed two sessions of 6 weeks each and can report the following results:
Weight Loss 18 pounds
Inches Lost: 9.25 inches
Pants size: down 2 waist sizes
I plan to continue with P.R.I.M.E. Fit Boot Camp. It creates discipline and your hard work is rewarded!
